The video will focus on creating engaging content that's designed to capture attention in quick, impactful bursts. Whether it's highlighting event highlights, behind-the-scenes moments, or attendee interactions, this video format is optimized for mobile viewing and social media sharing, making it perfect for promoting your event to a wider audience online.

  • Video Coverage: Receive a fully produced and professionally edited video, 2 to 5 minutes long, that captures your event's essence. This horizontal-format video is crafted to highlight the most important moments, offering a clean and polished product that's ideal for your website, YouTube channel, or promotional use. From establishing shots to key interactions, the video will provide a cinematic summary that beautifully encapsulates the energy and excitement of your occasion.

  • RAW Video Coverage: Receive unedited, high-definition video footage of your event, capturing all the important moments as they happen. This option is perfect if you're looking for flexibility, allowing you to take control of the editing process or work with your in-house team. It's also ideal for those who need us as a second shooter to complement an existing production team.

  • Drone Footage: Whether photo or video, drone footage offers a showstopping view of your event. Our FAA-Certified pilots adhere to FAA safety regulations, so while we can't fly a drone directly over crowds, we can work with you to include similar, safe drone footage.

    Delivery: Your photos and videos will be delivered within 1-2 weeks after the event.
